It is Tuesday night and we finally have wifi.  It has been up and down all day, so will try and get this posted while I can. Wonder if it is because of the rain we have had today.  Seems like a normal day at the beach.
The last couple of days have been rainy but very lucky.  Yesterday we went to the casino, signed up for the Players Club and each got $10 of free play on the slots.  Neither one of us is much of a gambler, but we sat there and used up the $10.  I came up with $8.40.  Thought I did really well, but Marv cashed out with $15.  We had enough to pay for dinner at the Buffet.  Which was pretty good.  They also had a thing called Community Cash, where you put in receipts from different businesses.  The RV Park where we are staying was one of the businesses.  So we got a few entries.  Lo and behold, Marv's name was drawn as one of the winners and we received $50 in script which we turned into gas for the truck.   All in all it was a pretty lucky day for us.
To sweeten the pot, we received our new credit cards this afternoon from UPS, so we are good to go on the next leg of our trip.
We will leave in the morning to head south.  Hopefully, the rain will let up some and we can get some sun, but we might have to go farther south before that happens.  We should be in Brooking tomorrow night, but will not have wifi in the trailer.  That means that we will be have to go to the Salty Dog coffee shop to use their wifi.  Such a hardship.  And I don't think we will have cell service at Harris Beach.  But we will be in town often enough.
